We’re off to the Lou tomorrow for some much needed R&R back at LAN with the clan. On the agenda is plenty of outdoor cooking, namely firing up the smoker for the first parlay of the year. Smoking a butt on Saturday is a must. I hope we’re not out of practice. Maybe some lamb chops for the grill …
