Capping off a Father’s Day…

0 Comments 16 June 2008

… or maybe we’re getting it started?

Man, mowing the lawn just about killed me today.  It hurt so bad that I had to polish off the Shock Top.

Hey we have Crash going now at LAN… off of Live Trax Vol. 4.  What a father’s day song?!  “I’m the king of the castle, your the dirty rascal…

… down in Dixie land.”

Some pics…

Roasting corn on Weber Kettle GrillThe coals get their dander up once the air hits them… But the corn will be ready in just under 20 minutes with their clothes still on…

Slow roasted chicken on Weber Kettle GrillYes you would love these lovely ladies to crawl under the covers.  But they’ll go down in some Feary gullet first.  Slow cooking by the way with indirect lump charcoal and hickory…

Finally… a little post senor pique pic from the LAN bar.

Have a good week!
