But we’re ready to rumble.
Tracey received a Nike iPod thingy for Christmas but she isn’t running. So it has been bestowed to me. We’ve feverishly been working on a running mix today on iTunes. Feels So Good by Van Halen will be my Power Song on Day 1. Tomorrow we start the journey.
I haven’t run in many weeks. The St. Louis winter has taken its toll. Too much ice, sleet, and freezing rain for this east coaster. The frigid temperatures finally broke two weeks ago. The precipitation still persists. At least we won’t come back looking like Jack Frost.
I need to get back into the grove of things and get in shape. As noted on the Woodside, Panovec is coming out for a throw down in June. There’s the inaugural concert at Busch Stadium to attend. Inaugural! Busch stadium is two years old and DMB is the first concert. It takes some boys from Virginia to open this place up. Me thinks it’s an omen.
